Code of Conduct:

  1. All personal information gathered from a player shall not be false. We may need to contact players on occasion and need to have the most current information. All personal information will be kept confidential.

  2. Players shall not take advantage of and/or abuse bugs. In the event that a bug is found, it must be reported to an Administrator and/or Moderator immediately.

  3. No 'Multi-Duking' (one player with two accounts). Each player may have only one active account at any given time. There are automatic procedures in place to detect potential violators. If your account has been flagged as a potential violator, you will receive a warning message and you must terminate the duplicate accounts immediately.

  4. No hacking of any kind. Players are strictly forbidden to hack into the application by any means. This includes but not limited to; viewing source code, re-engineering forms, obtaining other player account data, and obtaining system data.

  5. Players shall not use offensive and/or abusive language or actions. This includes but is not limited to all chat rooms, forums, instant messaging, trade requests, and all other forms of player interaction.

  6. Inactivity: Any player who has failed to login for a period of 5 days will be reset and shall be forced to re-start their Duke. If you will be inactive for a long period of time, you will need to put yourself in 'vacation mode'.
  7. Most importantly, you MUST have fun!

Violation of any terms outlined above will result in immediate deletion of player account. IDD Development Staff reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct at any time.
